The distributor of the boldly named “State of the Art Cream”, HEMERA SUPREME NATURALS is located in Ohio. They import some if not all of their beauty products from Serbia and/or Germany.State of the Art’s scent is OK if a tad strong. Its moisturizing ability’s excellent and I have felt some itch relief by using it. The 2 oz. jar is small; seems more like a sample or travel size, but that’s a minor complaint.I appreciate the stuff’s powers of relief and will use it when needed, thus a 4 star rating.

Velvety smooth. Easy to rub in. Feels moisturizing without being greasy. This is great to put on your feet at night before bed. Has a calming soothing spa smell.

It doesn’t cause irritation like some creams have in my past, the scent is very mild. A little goes a long way and it does help to keep my skin soft. I don’t find it greasy unless you use too much and it absorbs rather quickly. I am pleased with this cream and will continue to use it. My legs are especially sensitive but this doesn’t bother me at all.

This cream does a very good job of hydrating my 63 year old facial skin and works well as a hand moisturizer. My only complaint is the scent because I find it a little strong and long lasting. Otherwise this would be a 5 star product.

This is a nice, hydrating cream. I would call this a good product for dry skin. It’s creamy enough to help with extremely dry skin if you wear socks or gloves over it. I prefer lotions and creams like this to be in a bottle rather than a jar for ease of application. This lotion didn’t irritate my sensitive skin and has a nice clean scent.

This paraben free cream comes in a securely wrapped two ounce container.It is listed as 100% natural and has a long list of ingredients including PEG-100 Stearate which may be important know for those who may be allergic to it.STATE OF THE ART CREAM cream goes on smoothly but feels somewhat greasy and I find the scent to be mild but unappealing. It is designed to be an all purpose cream for daily use on the face and body. It does moisturize well and seems soothing to dry and irritated skin. It works as expected.

Tried this State Of The Art Cream this evening and found it fine for regular skin application, as a moisturizer. Having extremely dry skin, and eczema mostly on the lower legs and ankles, this cream didn’t do much to relieve the itching (my prescription ointment does). It did help with dry cracking skin around my fingernails and knuckles across the top of my hands. The cream itself is soft and feels cool going on, spreading easily, absorbing quickly, and not greasy. It’s a creamy beige color, and has an interesting spicy, woodsy, fruity, citrusy scent, pleasant and disappears quickly.

Smells herbal of some sort. It’s a kind of strong scent to get used to but it smells soo similar to this cream that worked really well on my hands.Works well for when my skin is irritated or if I have an itchy. If I rub this on a bug bite, the swelling and redness goes down and I am no longer itchy. It is pretty good for moisturizing.
